We have 2 person rooms currently available and our 4 person rooms are in the process of being completed.
Our cosy guest rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip-and-link bed that can be set up as either a twin or a double. The room will automatically be set up as a twin unless a double is specifically requested in the booking notes. All bed linen is provided for your comfort. Please note: towels are not provided, so we kindly ask guests to bring their own.
Guests have access to a communal kitchen on the first floor, ideal for preparing light meals.
Toilets and showers are communal, located on the ground floor, and shared with our campsite guests.
A £10 key deposit is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded when the key is returned at check-out.
All rooms are pet-friendly, dogs are charged at an additional £10 per stay, which can be added as an additional extra on your booking.

The Royal Oak is situated in a prime position for walking, cycling and exploring the Peak District.
From the bottom of our campsite grounds you can hop onto the High Peak Trail where you can head towards Parsley Hay and the trail splits into the very popular High Peak and Tissington Trails.
At Parsley Hay you will discover Parsley Hay Cycle Hire. Here you can hire a range of bikes including adult bikes, children's bikes and even tandems! Groups of 10+ can pre-book in advance by calling.
A short distance from The Royal Oak is the endearing village of Monyash a popular walking spot.
A well-loved visitor destination in close proximity is Hartington. You can experience your very own taste of Hartington by purchasing Derbyshire-made cheese from The Old Cheese Shop or purchasing a sampler of one of the cask ales produced by Whim Ales at Hartington Village Stores.
The Royal Oak has external bike racks, a fantastic beer garden and all muddy boots, paws and wheels are welcome!
The Royal Oak is a wonderful base with the popular towns of Buxton and Bakewell both within a 15 minute drive.
The famous spa town of Buxton has the natural wonder of Pooles' Cavern (great for mini explorers), impressive architecture such as The Crescent , Devonshire Dome and Buxton Opera House with a year-round programme of entertainment. You are never short of activities in Buxton, for the active there is GoApe! where you can swing from ropes nestled in the tree tops of Grinlow woods and the stunning Pavilion Gardens with a number of play areas, miniature train and boating lake.
The historic market town Bakewell boasts of its traditional, award-winning market day which takes place every Monday. The bustling market has a diverse range of products available including local produce. There is also the agricultural market which is a fantastic insight into today's farming community and a fun day out for little ones wanting to see animals.
Our onsite pub The Royal Oak is an award winning traditional country pub with cosy interior and great food. It has a fabulous menu with something for everyone and the pies and burgers are a definite must-try!
It's the ideal place for campers to grab a refreshing pint in the summer or warm up next to the roaring fire during winter.
